Richard has been a butcher since 1968, learning his trade at Bycrofts of Boston. He came to work for his uncle Gordon Dale in 1970 and 37 years later still here! Richard holds a basic health and hygiene certificate and a meat manager’s hygiene and HACCP certificate.
Garry is Richard’s brother and came to work for Gordon Dale in 1974 and then continued working for us for the past 25 years. Garry holds a basic health and hygiene certificate and a meat manager’s hygiene and HACCP certificate.
Audrey Richards’s Mum works part-time serving in the shop and also in the bake house. Audrey holds a basic health and hygiene certificate.
To complete the family affair our son Steven and daughters Emma and Joanne hold basic health and hygiene certificates and help out at busy times. Also helping out occasionally are Richards sister Lesley and Teresa who both hold basic health and hygiene certificates. |
